Do you have problems with agreeing on goals? If you like your employees to agree on goals but they show signals of refusal, what can you do?
Sure, you could set just the goal and force it upon your employee. But this will not work.
You didn't agree on the goal, but you just set it. Therefore your employee is not commited. The probability is high that your employee will not support this goal. The achievement of the goal is therefore called into question.
