How to Get up Off the Floor Easily - Spiral to Stand/ Spiral to Sit | Feldenkrais Style

In this video I am teaching you the most efficient way get up off the floor, that is, what I call "spiral to stand." This takes some practice, but once you learn a full sequence of movement and improve coordination, you will find it very easy and effortless to get up off the floor with this strategy. Have fun!
