材料 Ingredient:
糯米 Glutinous rice 500g
蘑菇 Shiitake mushroom 3pcs
去骨全鸡腿肉 Deboned whole chicken leg 2pcs
鸡蛋 Egg 2 nos

~腌制鸡肉Marinade for chicken:
细砂糖 Caster sugar 2tsp
盐 Salt 2tsp
芝麻油 Sesame oil 2tsp
生抽 Light soy sauce 2tbsp
胡椒粉一点 A pinch of pepper
玉米粉 Corn flour 2tsp
蚝油 Oyster sauce 1tbsp

~糯米调味 Seasoning of glutinous rice：
生抽 Light soy sauce 2tbsp
芝麻油 Sesame oil 2tsp
黑酱油 Dark soy sauce 1tsp
盐 Salt 2tsp
细砂糖 Caster sugar 2tsp
胡椒盐 Aji shio flavoured pepper 1/4tsp
蚝油 Oyster sauce 1tbsp
