Today I want to approach the subject of having the right mindset about blisters.

I get so annoyed when I see people putting up with blisters, just thinking that they're inevitable, and they really have no choice about whether they are going to get a blister or not.

Even if they do all the right things, they're still going to get a blister.

Look, I'm here to tell you that if you approach blister prevention in the right way, blisters are 100% preventable. I don't want to see people with that mindset that blisters are inevitable, and in fact, they're acceptable. Because to me they're not, - they're 100% preventable.
