Today, it's about these little bow tie or butterfly dressings - they're really good for toe blisters.

Now here's how I would dress a blister on the tip of your toe.
- You just fold this around
- these edges around
- and then bring him over
- and those edges around.

Look at that nice neat job. Try doing that with a band-aid or something bigger. It's just not going to be possible.

And here's another example. Let's say you've got a blister between your toes this time. It's going to be able to get right down deep into that interdigital space and then just wrap these bits around like that. So much better than a big bulky dressing.
