Easy Breakfast Ideas| Easy Platters.
In today’s Easy Platters tutorial, I will demonstrate how to create a beautiful and delicious homemade Breakfast platter.
First, we would start with the fruit platter. Fruits are literally like packages of vitamins. These power-packed fruits will fuel your morning.
Start by cutting and peeling all of your fresh fruits. Slice Cantaloupe, Melon Kiwi and apple into equal-sized pieces. Add some fresh grapes to each end of the platter. You can get creative and make some designs with the different types of fruits. If you have a juicer, you could peel some oranges and papayas and make fresh juice at home.
To make the full Breakfast,
I prepared the omelette by dicing up tomatoes, onions, yellow and green bell peppers and also some smoked ham. Breakfast won’t be a real English breakfast without an omelette! You could add whatever you like! Cut some potatoes into small cubes.
Start cooking the bacon and sausages on a skillet and drop the potatoes into preheated oil until they are golden brown.
For the omelette, beat 2 or more eggs into a bowl, then add a tablespoon of whichever toppings you would like in your omelette. Here’s another health fact. Eggs are packed with rich protein and help to raise levels of good cholesterol.
Mix it all together, and drop the eggs into a preheated pan. Cook for long enough that you are able to flip it onto the other side. Once the omelette is almost completely done, you could add some cheddar cheese.
Plate the omelette with the potatoes, bacon strips, sausages and grilled tomatoes.
Lastly, brew some fresh espresso and you’re done. Yay! Ready for the energy booster!!
