How to Make Pesto | Quick and Easy Pesto Recipe | Easy Platters

Do it yourself, Pesto Sauce Recipe.
There are a few things to keep in mind to make a great sauce. You should always start with Fresh ingredients. And always taste as you go along. In this video, we will be making the quickest and most delicious Pesto Sauce.

Pesto can be used for many different things. It is packed with flavor and it is very easy to make. I'm about to show you how to make one of my favorite sauces. I've been in love pesto since the first time I tried it.
So I absolutely had to share with you how I make my pesto.

First, you will need to rinse 2 cups of basil leaves and dry them thoroughly with a salad spinner. Once dried, combine the Basil leaves together with 1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan, and 1/2 cup of Olive Oil. Now let's combine all ingredients in the food processor. Instead of a food processor, a hand blender or a wooden pestle works just as good.

We're going to mix all of the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency and end up with the best smelling sauce in the world. Words cannot describe how amazing this pesto tastes and smells. Add a few pinches of Salt and Pepper. Once it is all incorporated, transfer into a Bowl or container. There are so many ways you can use Pesto.

Add it with some chicken or beef, or add it into a salad for an amazing fresh taste. Add as much as you need to your choice of pasta. We didn't add nuts to this recipe, but Pine nuts is a perfect addition to it. This dish is full of rich flavours, vitamins and nutrients and it makes you feel so good. I also like to use pesto in a sandwich. And that was incredible.
Basically, any dish you add this sauce to, will taste out of this world.
