How to Overcome Stress and Anxiety - Dr Bruce Lipton

Stress and anxiety are common experiences for most people. In fact, 70% of adults in the United States say they feel stress or anxiety daily. Be active. Exercise won't make your stress disappear, but it will reduce some of the emotional intensity that you're feeling, clearing your thoughts and letting you deal with your problems more calmly.

Even significant life events such as buying a house, having a baby or planning a wedding could lead to feelings of stress and anxiety. You might find it hard to explain to people why you feel this way, but talking to someone could help you find a solution.

Exercise burns away stress hormones that create anxiety symptoms. Exercise tires your muscles, reducing excess energy and tension. Exercise releases endorphins in your brain which can improve overall mood. Exercise is linked to healthier breathing. Exercise is a healthy distraction. Aerobic activity, like light jogging or even fast walking, can be extremely effective at reducing the severity.
