How to Stop Stress, Fear and Anxiety? Dr Bruce Lipton

If you're stressed, whether by your job or something more personal, the first step to feeling better is to identify the cause. The most unhelpful thing you can do is turn to something unhealthy to help you cope, such as smoking or drinking, so finding the cause of the anxiety is the beggining of the cure.

Even significant life events such as buying a house, having a baby or planning a wedding could lead to feelings of stress and anxiety. You might find it hard to explain to people why you feel this way, but talking to someone could help you find a solution.

Anxiety problems tend to increase if you get into the same pattern all the time. Exposing yourself to your fears can be an effective way of overcoming this anxiety. Know yourself. Try to learn more about your fear or anxiety. There are different ways that you may be able to overcome anxiety in order to enjoy better emotional wellness.
