Reprogram Your Brain While Sleeping - Dr Bruce Lipton
Reprogramming your brain means breaking through negative chatter like, "I can't." Think of it the same way you would build muscle at the gym. At first, it will seem difficult and maybe even taxing. But if you start small and do it every day, you will gradually become stronger.
To reprogram your brain, spend a week writing down your thoughts as they pop into your head. After the week has passed, analyze the results and look for trends. For example, you might find you are overly negative, too critical, or maybe just unsure of yourself. The tricky part of that analogy is that instead of a human programmer using code to talk to a machine, the "programmer" in your head is a component of your thoughts/brain/machine built. In order to reprogram it, we must write our own code in a way that will change our bad habits. Essentially, we must find a reward system our mind and body can latch on to. Vomputer code is similar to human DNA and it operates exactly like the code in computer software.
