Restoration of rusty and old cemente mixer toy car (looks like Tonka, but maybe just Soviet copy?)

I found this toy car at the junkyard, it was rusty and in very bad condition.

It looks like Tonka toy, but I'm not sure maybe it is a copy. Write in the comments what do you think.

First I washed out the loose rust and dirt with soap and water.

I disassembled the machine with a screwdriver and pliers.

Then I applied paint remover but it didn't work. Then I applied another paint remover but it didn't work 100% either.

After that, I sandblasted all the parts of the toy.
Then I primed all the parts and spray-painted them.
I also sanded and painted the plastic parts.
Then I painted the radiator grill.
Finally, I sanded and polished the windows and put everything together.

This restoration took me about a week.
