Dough amounts used:
Body = 745 g
Turkey wings = two pieces, 55 g each
Turkey legs = two pieces, 190 g each

Tips for making #TurkeyBread:
• Smooth out & tuck dough under itself when shaping the legs and the body, making it as smooth as possible while helping to get out any excess air (important for getting definition while baking!)

• Define the shapes as much as possible because as it rises and bakes, some definition will be lost, so minimize it by not being afraid to exaggerate certain parts. For instance, rolling & pinching the edges of the wings very thinly, and getting the neck of the drumstick narrow enough

• Also, it's important that you don't under or over proof the challah when rising to avoid cracks/tears or falling flat. Making a careful & light score down the middle of the dough will help to avoid potential cracking as well as add definition & extra detail for a roast-like appearance as well as an egg wash!
