Learn a simple technique of how to braid and shape a classic 4 strand challah bread. This is a modern take on traditional challah. Instead of using a standard egg wash, we're adding a unique look by lightly dusting flour to the challah before baking!

It's the Challah Cloud!

Not only does its powdery texture stand out, the flour also gives the challah a softer and more tender crust while only giving a subtle flour taste! Put it all together, it really does look and feel like a cloud!

All you have to do is after brading your challah, gently pat or brush the challah with water and then sift a light layer of flour over the entire surface of the challah.
