BEST HIP MOBILITY STRETCH 🔥 (TRY THIS) #shorts

I’m a huge fan of the 90/90 hip stretch.🔥

They’re definitely one of my favourite lower body mobility movements.

Especially since most people are always sitting, this is a great way to open up the hips.

Most people have insanely tight hips which can affect you in so many different ways.

Your lower back may bother you…
You may not be able to get deep enough in a squat…
Your lower body may feel beat up.

And so much more.

A few reminders here:
🔥 Aim to maintain two 90 degree angles with your
🔥 Don’t rush. We want to remember to take it nice and slow to experience all the benefits of this.
🔥 Do these often. Before leg day, after sitting for hours, etc. Your hips will thank you.
