1 Hour Shabbat Dinner Prep/ Last Shabbat Before Pesach| Shabbat Hagadol || Sweet Chili Lamb

Recipes:

Salmon Teriyaki:
Put teriyaki sauce over salmon. Sauté whole head of garlic until brown. Add ontop of salmon. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 400F.

Sweet chili lamb and potatoes:
Dilute remainder of teriyaki sauce with a little bit of water. Pour over steak. Add chili sauce. Sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning. Bake covered at 400F for 2 hours.

Roasted chicken legs:
Season chicken with S/P, paprika and oil. Bake uncovered at 400F for an hour until crispy.

Lamb soup:
Sauté an onion, celery and green pepper. Add lamb, season with S/P, garlic powder, seasoning salt, bay leaf and chicken powder.

Bahsh (green rice):
2 cups rice
3 bunches cilantro
1 cup cubed lamb
1 diced onion
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1tbsn salt
1 tbsp chicken consome
Pepper
Cumin and coriander
Bake covered at 400F for 1 and 1/2 hours mixing half way through

Home made dressing for garden salad:
2 heaping tbsp of mayo
2 crushed garlic
S/p
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 tbsp water
Tsp oregano

Imitation crab salad:
5 lettuce leaves shredded
7 crab sticks cubed
2 eggs cubed
1/2 onion chopped finely
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Mayo
S/P

Avocado salad:
1 whole avocado cubed
2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 red pepper, 1/2 red onion, 3 pickles all cubed.
Mayo
S/p
1/2 Lemon squeezed

Potato salad:
Boil
1 potato, 1 carrot, 3 eggs
Cube above ingredients as well as 3 pickles.
Season with mayo s/p
