Paneer is rich source of protein. Used in multiple Indian dishes.

Ingredients: 2 cups paneer water (you can use lemon juice, vinegar, curd or buttermilk to split the milk)
1 ltr milk

Instruction: Bring the milk to a boil, add paneer water and stir gently, once the milk split turn off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes. Strain it and place some heavy object upon it to drain excess water. Keep it for two hours. Cut into pieces and refrigerate it.
