How I Have a CHEAT DAY Everyday (What I Eat In A Week) | & 7 days of healthy dessert recipes

HI BBY!!! Welcome to this week's what I eat in a week where I show you a FULL week of healthy dessert recipes!! I'm also going to talk all about how I have a cheat day everyday because I think it's super important to talk about how a healthy lifestyle is all about BALANCE (I was super inspired by Linda Sun what I eat in a week videos!)

For the 7 days of healthy dessert recipes, I included vegan brownie cookies made with BLACK BEANS, avocado chocolate mousse which was inspired by Erewhon, apple blueberry crisp, healthy banana muffins, vegan snickers bars, smoothie bowl recipes, nicecream recipes and so much more! Brownie Granola recipe:
-3 cups rolled oats
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/2 cup walnuts
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!
