HI BBYS! This is a SUPER requested video! In today's video I'm doing a health and fitness Q&A all about how I lost my period (inspired by Sarah's Day who went through the same thing), how I got my period back, dealing with amenorrhea, my weight loss journey, how to get abs and get lean and my body image struggles. I also answer fun and TMI personal questions about living in Mexico and being a hashtag TIKTOKER (lol)

Also, the longer the video goes on the MORE SWEATY I get -- living in Cabo means every single room in my house becomes a sauna haha!!
