Just went to the gym as I always do and got it all on camera: Monday to Saturday.
Today is Tuesday: shoulders day.
Next week, the video will be out on Wednesday (Back day), and so on for the upcoming 5 weeks.
Barbell shoulder press
0:15 warm up
0:23 set 1 40kg 14 reps
0:35 set 2 60 kg 10 reps
0:56 set 3 70 kg 6 reps
1:25 set 4 80kg 3-4 reps

Behind the neck press
1:56 set 1 60kg 9 reps
2:21 set 2 60kg 6 reps
2:34 set 3 60kg 5 reps - to failure

Upright rows
3:03 set 1 40kg 14 reps
3:15 set 2 60kg 10 reps
3:28 set 3 60kg 9 reps

Lateral raises
3:57 4 sets 16 kg 10 reps

Front raises
4:13 4 sets 16 kg 10 reps

Rear delt raises
4:40 4 sets 9 kg 10 reps

External rotations high
5:17 3 sets 9 kg 10 reps

External rotations low
5:34 3 sets per arm, 8 reps

Rear delt crossovers
6:18 3 sets heavy 10-8-6 reps
