5 Reasons Your Chest Won’t Grow (FIX THIS!)
Most “experts” will tell you that if you want to build a bigger chest, you have to bench press more weight. This makes sense because, for one, the bench press is a great overall chest builder, and two, progressive overload is the main pathway by which we build muscle.
