It's lyra choreography day!
When I was first starting in lyra, I struggled putting the plethora of poses together. I would get up into the hoop, pose, and come down. I ached to find more choreography training.

In this video, I demonstrate a basic lyra sequence. It is a series of poses crafted together to form a mini routine. Once you are comfortable within the basic framework, I encourage you to transform it into a piece of your own! Point you toes, flex your feet, or bend your knees. Get silly or get ballet with it!
