10 Minute Mindfulness of the Mind Meditation (Pt 5 - Be Here Now Series)
This is a 10 minute mindfulness of the mind meditation practice. Part 5 of the Be Here Now Series of practices. A meditation that explores the space between your thoughts and mental fluctuations. A practice for inner peace, calm and clarity that focuses on the mind itself.
Start this practice stabilising your posture and mind by focusing on your breath and releasing any tension or gripping in your body. Then turn to attention to the mind itself. As you linger in this meditation, you are encouraged to discover the spaces that exist between your thoughts. To deliberately place your awareness on these gaps, abiding in the relaxing peacefulness that occurs between all mental activity.
A deeply calming practice that fosters a state of mindfulness, presence, and insight that transcends conventional modes of perception and cognition. A place of inner spaciousness where you can access a more immediate and unfiltered experience of reality. To more intimately know yourself beyond what you believe and have learned to be true.
