What to do When a Home Seller Rejects Your Offer
In today's home buying tips video you'll learn what to do when a home seller rejects your offer.
Hopefully this won't happen to you but if the real estate offer negotiation falls apart, you'll need to be take the next step to find another home.
Offering less on a home in a seller's market if the house is priced right can lead to a rejection. Though it is far more common to expect the real estate negotiation to move towards counter offering on a home.
If you want to avoid wondering why was my offer rejected questions lingering in your mind, you may want to consider offering full price on a home. However, this can come with it's own perils. For instance, what if the home is truly over priced? You may experience home appraisal issues.
