My name is Aram Ghazaryan, I am a young real estate agent in the Chicago land area. I have been in the business for a few years now. Throughout that time I have made so many mistakes and learned so much. I wanted to pass on my knowledge and experience in this business to as many new agents as possible. Today I wanted to switch gears with the content and talk about exactly how to submit an offer once you have a client to work with. Real estate is a very unique industry where there are third parties on both sides. So we have to be a little more crafty when negotiating for our clients.
