How to Win a Multiple Offer Situation (6 ways to win a bidding war)

1. 0:40 - Clean contract. Don't have excessive addendums in your offer.
2. 1:47 - Escalation clause. Use this clause wisely and make sure you know how and when to use it.
3. 2:51 - Close on their terms. Be flexible on closing.
4. 3:43 - Talk with the listing agent (have your agent talk with the listing agent). When are they taking offers? Figure out what's important to the sellers and when offers will be reviewed.
