Some people have asked me multiple times if they are too fat to begin the INSANITY Workout.
After all, I totally understand that question. As a former fat guy myself, I figured there was NO WAY on God's green earth I could attempt the INSANITY Workout.
1. It's INSANE
2. They do moves that should be considered illegal
3. I am too fat to do something like that.
But let me blow your mind for a second.....ready?
NO ONE is too fat to begin the INSANITY Workout.
In this video on the INSANITY Workout Review I share my tips and tricks on how you can become a success by starting off SLOW and modifying the moves in such a way that YOU TOO can rock and roll on this program.
If you have tossed the idea of doing the INSANITY Workout in your mind, but you haven't taken action yet because you are worried it might be too much, this video is for you!
#1 - Don't feel like you need to keep up with the people on the DVD within the INSANITY Workout review. Take it slow, and do the BEST that you can do.
#2 - Take the time to modify the moves so that you can do them right with good form. Then, as they start getting a bit easier, take it up a notch or two.
