In my INSANITY vs INSANITY Max 30 review, you'll be surprised how much I lean towards one versus the other. Why? Because of my own experience of going through both of these programs.

What is harder, INSANITY or INSANITY Max 30? You'll be surprised on the answer that I reveal in this video about 1:50 in!
To clear the air of what you may have already heard by watching this video, I originally did not LIKE INSANITY (the original). I still can’t fully put my finger on why not.

Perhaps it was the high intensity cardio workouts?
Perhaps it was the fact it was 45-60 minutes long per day?
Maybe I’m more of a P90X guy?

But then INSANITY Max 30 came out in December 2014. I decided to give it a try JUST TO SEE if it was any different than the original INSANITY Workout. I really enjoyed the P90X3 program, since it was a 30 minute version of P90X. Perhaps this would be just like it?
Doing INSANITY Max 30 for 60 days led me to the inspiration to make this video on INSANITY vs INSANITY Max 30. The idea of 30 minutes per day, the flow of the workouts, and the nutrition guide made me a FAN of INSANITY Max 30!

You can search my channel for my results, and I think you’ll see why I enjoyed doing INSANITY Max 30 so much!

Some people may also think: “Well dude, you are just a wimpy kid because INSANITY is harder than Max 30”. I beg to differ for two reasons:

1. Shaun T. mentions in one of the DVDs “OMG that was the hardest. Workout. I’ve. Ever. Taught”. Max 30 came out AFTER INSANITY….hmmm..
2. Friday Fight Round 2, on the DVD cover, mentions that this is the HARDEST workout ever produced. Again, INSANITY Max 30 came out after INSANITY. This means that Max 30 may be harder than INSANITY.
