A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.

Sustainability is so important to me. One of the most impactful ways (besides eating plant based) is thrifting. The fashion industry is one of the most wasteful industries of all. Do good by shopping second hand and/or donating the things you no longer need to thrift shops.
