Here’s everything I ate:
Sunday
Açaí bowl (full recipe in ebook)
-frozen acai packet
-peanut butter powder
-frozen blueberries
-frozen banana
-hemp seeds
-dates
-almond mylk
-topped w/ granola
Lasagna
-idk the recipe. My husband makes it
Monday
Green smoothie (full recipe in ebook)
-spinach
-moringa powder
-spirulina
-dates
-ginger
-frozen mango
-frozen peaches
-frozen banana
-hemp seeds
-almond or oat mylk
Left over lasagna
Matcha latte
-here’s the recipe I used:

Breakfast for dinner
-breakfast potatoes
Yukon gold potatoes *seasoned with garlic powder, pepper, salt, and vegan butter*
-tofu scram *seasoned with coconut aminos, liquid aminos, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and turmeric* (full recipe in ebook)
-field roast vegan sausages
-pancakes (full recipe in ebook)
1 cup of flour
2 tsps of baking powder
Cinnamon (as much as you’d like)
2-3 tbsps of coconut sugar
A pinch of salt
3 tbsps of apple sauce
1 cup of almond mylk (adjust to your desired consistency)
Tuesday
vegan nutty super grain from smoothie king
Bombay potatoes, rice, + vegetable pakoras (from a local Indian place)
Burrito bowl (full recipe in ebook)
-bed of greens
-rice
-beans
-potatoes
-avocado
-bitchin’ chipotle sauce
Wednesday
Smoothie king
Pizza (full recipe in ebook)
-onions
-spinach
-tomatoes
-vegan marina
-violife cheese
-vegan beef crumbles
Thursday
Same green smoothie from monday
Breakfast bowl
-(vegan) just egg
-roasted broccoli
-roasted potatoes
-avocado
-rice
-topped with sriracha
Iced Chai latte
-ice of course
-1/3 chai tea
-1 cup of vanilla almond mylk
-1 tbsp of maple syrup
Protein pancakes
-same pancakes from monday, just add protein powder
Friday
Smoothie king
Another chai latte
Noodles and dumplings
Breakfast sandwich inspired by chic fil a
-just egg
-vegan chicken patty
-violife smoked provolone cheese *best cheese ever*
-spinach

A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.
Sustainability is so important to me. One of the most impactful ways (besides eating plant based) is thrifting. The fashion industry is one of the most wasteful industries of all. Do good by shopping second hand and/or donating the things you no longer need to thrift shops.
