9hrs, bar speed wasn’t matching how I felt for the single. Looked faster than @8. This bench is the heaviest I’ve done at home.
Day 4
Sumo Deadlift 4x4@435* @sub4
1x1@RPE8* 535lbs @8, conventional @6
Bench Press 4x6@225* @6.5
Triceps Extension 3x12@RPE4-5 
Pullups 4 Sets to RPE8 (add weight to keep in 8-12 rep range). 

8hrs, I couldn’t believe I could only get 535 on sumo and it felt so heavy, so I did a conventional single with the same weight with little rest and sure enough it felt a lot easier.
