Sumo has never looked so good. Can you look at see if I’m using straps correctly? Used them on all sets today to let my skin heal.

Warmups felt absolutely insanely strong on squats. Heel pain is back. My heel felt better after the session than before the session.

I should have used straps on the working sets. At this rate my hand skin is never gonna recover.
Usually I feel deadlifts all in my flutes but today it was all erectors, I suspect because I loosened the belt this week.
