Shaping a sourdough batard. Amateur baker. 78% hydration white bread, whole red fife and whole rye
This is how I shape my batards. I am still relatively new to baking sourdough and haven’t baked that many batards. I thought I’d post this so I could share with others. I’m sure most bakers would do a much better job at shaping.
