Anis Bouabsa Baguettes by Bread MD

These are a wonderful easy baguette to make modeled after the famous Parisian baker’s baguette who won the prize for the best baguette in Paris in 2008. They are made with organic all purpose flour and instant dry yeast. If you didn’t plan ahead and make your levain you can easily make these in a pinch and have delicious baguettes with a thin crisp crust ready for a special meal.
