Travel Vlog #51 | Chicago, Illinois

We spent one day in Chicago as a layover on our way to Mexico! We made this Chicago travel vlog to show what you can eat, see, and do if you only have one day in the windy city! We started our day out at Mojo coffee, which we HIGHLY recommend! The quiches we had were incredible, and the coffee is rich and strong without being acidic. After our breakfast, we headed towards Millennium park to see THE BEAN! If you know anything about Chicago, you know about the famous bean! We spent some time admiring from afar, before heading to Grant Park. One of the biggest fountains in the world is in Grant Park - Buckingham fountain! Another reason Grant Park was on our list: it's a free fly zone for drones! After battling our drone against the wind, we checked into our hotel for the night and made our way towards the Riverwalk! This is an iconic part of Chicago, where the river is dyed green every year for St Patrick's Day! The buildings here are white and reflective, which makes the whole area glow. There's plenty of boat tours you can take down the river if you wanted! To end our day, we had to try deep-dish, Chicago style pizza OF COURSE! We ate at Lou Malnati's deep dish Pizza and had a great experience (pro tip: try the garlic bread!) Make sure you subscribe to catch our Mexico adventures coming up, we recorded EVERYTHING!
