At the moment we are in lockdown (week 6) and there is a possibility the Spanish market will crash and house prices will fall. Be so careful with internet sales in the coming weeks, months that will be offering knocked down prices that if you don’t buy now will be gone tomorrow. Take your time and check them out.

I’ve lived in Spain for over four years, I’ve visited Spain for the past 30 years, well before Spain joined the EU. Mostly in and around Malaga but choose to live in Camposol, just outside the town of Mazarron Murcia, Costa Clida, South East of Spain.

When buying any property, always seek legal advice.
