Also you’ve been out to Spain many times, winter and summer and found the location that you wish to live. Rent first to make sure this is the place where you wish to stay and you’re ready to buy your property.

I’ve lived in Spain for three years, I’ve visited Spain for the past 30 years well before Spain joined the EU. Mostly in and around Malaga but choose to live in Camposol, just outside the town of Mazarron Murcia, Costa Clida, South East of Spain.
