WORKOUT - FULL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING:
Treadmill:
5 minute warm up walk
10 min sprints - 30 seconds on 1 minute off (when you are “off”, side hops on incline for 1 minute)
Stair master:
skipping steps 1 minute - level 8
1 min fast - level 14 or higher
GO THROUGH THIS WORKOUT 3-4x with 12-15 reps for each set! No resting between each exercise, this is a GIANT super set.
