BANDED BOOTY WORKOUT | AT HOME OR IN GYM

Hello My Beautiful Friends!

I’ve had many many request for a banded only workouts as well as at home or simple workouts that can be done if you don’t have your typical “gym equipment” … This is NOT my main staple for building muscle, weight training is. But, I do think brands are a great tool to add into your training for getting that extra shape and adding in detailed work but its not the only thing I like to do.

I completed 3 rounds of everything and 15-20 reps!

WORKOUT BELOW:
-side step with a squat
-side kick back with a side kick out

-ankle kick back on all 4’s
Superset W/
-15 banded pop squats

-banded wall hip thrust
-stable banded side step outs
-lunge step back (small movement)
Super set W/
-banded side hops

-one minute banded wall hold
Superset W/
