Simple Movements To Shape Your Peach

Hi Friends! This was a quick hamstring focused booty workout that was an absolute killer! The workout was fast and effective if you're running short on time in the gym and need to get the job done! I did 4 sets of everything and 15-20 reps & I am FEELING it today! (2 days later) LOL - Before my workout I had a Vital Proteins collagen coffee with almond milk. If I am doing circuit training or a high rep workout I like to have a protein drink or coffee in the AM without dense food in my belly. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! This is what works and feels best for me!
