BANANA CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 large overripe bananas, mashed (1 ½ cups)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 pack (7 grams) vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt, room temperature
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
• pinch of fine salt

NOTES:
1.) BANANAS – Overripe bananas are always the best choice for making banana bread or cake
2.) BAKING – In a preheated oven, 160 °C fan assisted oven for 45 minutes* 😊 Keep an eye and check after the 40 minute mark
3.) STORING & SERVING – Keep in an airtight container and they are best eaten the following day!😊
