Celia Struggling to Intensify

Tropical Storm Celia is struggling to intensify over the Eastern Pacific about 200 miles off the coast of Mexico, Celia is expected to slowly intensify over the course of a few days, residents on the southern coasts of Mexico should keep a close eye on this system and listen to their local weather station for guidance on what to do.
