PPE Pacific Performance Engineering 68RFE Thermal Bypass Valve with magnetic service plug

We take a close look at the thermal bypass valve made by PPE Pacific Performance Engineering for the 68RFE transmission.
During removal of the OE valve, we let it drain from the transmission line (to cooler) till it stopped and got a total of 4 quarts out.
Aside from the ever present CNC milling marks, the machining is perfect, allowing for a true "remove and replace" improvement part.
