How to Make a Bead and Swarovski Crystal Bracelet

Today we will be making this bracelet with pretty painted flowers and swarovski crystal dangles.

Materials:

6 - 8 10mm ceramic beads
15-24 4mm Sarovski crystal bicone beads
15-24 head pins
3mm silver plated beads (optional)
6mm silver plated jump rings
silver plated lobster clasp
20 gauge silver filled wire

Tools:
round nose pliers
chain nose pliers
wire cutters

Directions:

1. Cut approximately 10 inches of your silver filled wire, which should make about 4 wraps.
Using your chain nose pliers, grap the wire approximately 1.25 inches from one end and bend into a 90 degree angle over the pliers.

2. Tuck your round nose pliers into the bend and wrap the wire over them to make a loop. Bend the shorter end of the wire to a 90 degree angle from the longer end. Hold loop with chain nose pliers and use a second pair of chain nose pliers to wrap the shorter end around the longer. Trim the excess wire, but be sure to save it for recycling as it is silver filled.

3. Slide on your bead, bend the wire at 90 degrees, create your loop, hold the loop and wrap again.

4. Now for the dangles, slide a Swarovski crystal onto a headpin and bend the wire at a 90 degree angle, create the loop, and wrap just as you did for the large beads. You should create enough dangles to have three between each set of large beads.

5. Attach everything by opening a jump ring, sliding on two large beads and three dangles, then close until all are connected.

6. Add your clasp on one end and a length of attached jump rings on the other, to make the braceless adjustable.
