ChocZero Syrup Round-up - 6 Syrups Reviewed, including Blood Glucose Test

In this video, Courtney and I try out 6 different syrups from ChocZero. There are definitely a couple of winners here, as well as one that we didn't care for at all. We disclose all of the ingredients, talk about the carbs, and I test the impact on my blood glucose.

If you are counting total carbs, these syrups are probably going to be a "no go" for you, coming in at 14-15g total carbs per serving. Net carbs, though, are only 1-2g per serving.
