16 Sugar Substitutes Reviewed - Low Carb / Keto / Paleo

PLEASE NOTE: This is a review of the flavor of these sweeteners. It is NOT a review of the glycemic indices or impact on blood sugar that they may cause. I'll leave the science-y stuff to other channels and stick to cooking.

In this video, Courtney and I taste test 16 different sugar substitutes. It's a longish video, but it takes time to taste all those ingredients. Find out which ones are worth your money and which ones I "took the bullet" on so that you don't have to.

In follow-up videos, we'll test the properties and best uses for some of these sweeteners. How well do they dissolve? How are they in baked goods? Are there other blends that bring out the best in them?
