香兰云石燕菜糕
Pandan Marble Agar-Agar
材料:
- [x] 10克燕菜粉 (4茶匙)
- [x] 2.5克 即溶果冻粉 (1茶匙)
- [x] 150克 白糖(甜度可自行调整)
- [x] 2片香兰叶
- [x] 700毫升清水
- [x] 200毫升 香兰汁 (220毫升清水+4-6片香兰叶打成汁,过滤)
- [x] 200毫升 椰浆
- [x] 少許盐
做法:
1. 将150克 白糖,10克燕菜粉 燕菜粉,即溶果冻粉, 香兰叶,700毫升清水,拌匀
2. 开中火,不停搅拌,煮至沸腾
3. 倒出一半的混合物,备用
4. 取200毫升 香兰汁 到入锅里,和锅里的燕菜汁混合均匀,再次煮滚,倒入杯子备用
5. 另一半的混合物倒入锅里和200毫升 椰浆,盐 混合均匀,再次煮滚
6. 准备7X7寸方模,周围放上一些冰块/冰水 (这做法使燕菜凝固更快,云石层会更漂亮)
7. 将1-2汤匙的白色椰浆层和青色香兰层交替舀入磨具中至满
8. 放入冰箱冷藏至少3小时至凝固
9. 燕菜凝固后,即可切片享用
Pandan Marble Agar-Agar
Ingedients:
- [x] 10g agar-agar powder (4 tsp)
- [x] 2.5g instant jelly powder (1 tsp)
- [x] 150g white sugar (the sweetness can be adjusted as desired)
- [x] 2 pandan leaves
- [x] 700ml water
- [x] 200 ml pandan juice (220 ml water + 4-6 pandan leaves, blend into juice, filter)
- [x] 200ml coconut milk
- [x] A pinch of salt
practice:
1. Mix 150 grams of sugar, 10 grams of agar-agar powder, instant jelly powder, pandan leaves, and 700 ml of water.
2. Turn on medium heat, stir constantly, and cook until boiling
3. Pour out half of the agar-agar mixture and set aside
4. Add 200 ml of pandan juice into the pot, mix it evenly with the agar-agar mixture in the pot, bring to a boil again, pour into a cup and set aside
5. Pour the other half of the agar-agar mixture into the pot and 200 ml of coconut milk, a pinch of salt ,mix evenly, and bring to a boil again
6. Prepare a 7X7-inch square mold and put some ice cubes/ice water around it (this method will make the agar -agar solidify faster and the marble layer will be more beautiful)
7. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the white coconut milk layer and the green pandan layer alternately into the mould until it is full.
8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until solid.
9. After the agar-agar is solidified, it can be sliced and enjoyed
