‘What the hell is going on?’: Paul Murray puzzled by QR codes on gravestones
Sky News host Paul Murray says the idea of combining QR codes with headstones is just one of the “new ways to make money out of you”.
“Apparently there is a way to add technology to your grave – seriously,” Mr Murray said.
A Melbourne man has given Victorian families the chance to remember their loved ones through virtual tributes which can be accessed via a QR code medallion attached to the deceased person’s headstone.
Mr Murray lampooned the price of the product, which is listed at $650 for the entry-level tier.
