Worcester Bosch fan change

Whenever you change a fan on a Worcester, 3 things you must also have with you in case they need changing as well:
1) Electrodes
2) Bearing plate
3) Gas pipe tube

You won't be able to inspect these until you start taking it apart, and most of the time the electrodes will need changing, the bearing plate on the fan can split and so can the gas pipe tube.
