How to free a seized Honeywell 3 port valve
This problem usually occurs when summer comes to an end and people haven't run their heating for months and then decide to turn it on.
The ball valve inside the body gets stuck in hot water position and the motor doesn't have enough strength to move it and in some cases it can even burn out the motor.
