This video shows how to replace the complete plastic hydroblock on the Baxi models.

This one was a system boiler and had the fortune of good space around it but the concept will be similar with a combi where you have the additional connections of cold and hot water as well.

Ideally you want to be able to get one of the side panels off at least so you have some room to get to the connections from the side.

I always replace the expansion vessel hose as they tend to get blocked up or the o-ring perishes.

The block comes with a new PRV and pressure sensor already built in, but no other washers or o-rings so you'll have to order the spares or reuse the existing ones.
